I Am Many Great Things, But Above All...I Am Here For You!
I’m a wife, busy mom of two, passionate business owner, coach, and author. I am a personal development junkie, love alone time and nature. Above all I LOVE empowering women to create a new and inspiring vision for their future and to take the exact actions necessary to execute and turn that vision into reality.
My True Story.
When I was 23 years old my dad died of a heart attack. He was at work, behind his desk, when it happened. My dad’s death made me realize that working our lives away is NOT the life that God intended for us. It is not our destiny to work our lives away for some retirement dream that may or may not ever happen.
We are meant for more.
I was working in an early childhood program in a management position when I came to the realization that I was MISERABLE, consumed, swallowed, and lost in the sea of LIFE. I was passionate, driven, and knew that I wanted to make an impact in a big way. However, the day to day hustle and bustle took its toll on me. I could hardly think past the next hour let alone create a vision for my future. I was consumed in work drama, relationship drama, and all of the other baggage that comes with living the “American dream”. I remember coming home from work and breaking down into tears as I slumped into my couch with a handful of Fruitloops. This was a common practice on days where I felt like I was in over my head.
As I sat there stuffing my face, I felt like my entire life was a disaster.
I looked around my house at the mess that was closing in on me, the dishes that were crusted and piled in the sink, the laundry piles that were nearing the ceiling. I then started to cry harder as I thought about my kids. My little guy was spending more time at preschool and with his grandparents than he was with me. “I’m his mommy, dammit!” Why can’t I be there for him? I’m missing his entire childhood. At this point, the tears would not stop flowing. “I just can’t do this,” I thought.
Something has to give.
After reading an amazing book by Brendon Burchard, I decided that I was going to stop living a “caged” life and step out into the greatness that I was destined for. I worked my ass off in my home business, made some huge life changes, and took a leap of faith to follow my dreams. I built my business in 4 years while I was working a full-time job and maintaining the craziness of being a mom, wife, employee, and taxi.
In 2015, I was able to leave my job where I earned almost 60K a year. I am now a work at home mom, a business coach for momprenuers and aspiring momprenuers, and an author!
This change has been the most amazing experience ever!
I’ve been able to discover who I truly am as a person, be present in the lives of my children, figure out how to expand my reach in my business, and work on personal growth and development that has been invaluable.
You don’t have to be stuck in a toxic life. It’s time to dream again.
It’s time to create an amazing vision for your future that lights your soul on fire and inspires you to take action every single day. Doesn’t that sound amazing to think about? Let’s stop thinking and start doing! Your action today creates the foundation for your future. Let’s start building your empire.
My advice to you is to ALLOW YOURSELF TO DREAM AGAIN! As children we dream, we are curious, and we know that we can accomplish anything that we set our minds to. We lose these traits as adults and we shouldn’t!
Life is TOO SHORT to go through the motions. I believe that we were each blessed with God-given talents and strengths that we can use to create freedom, happiness, and abundance. Get out of your own way and uncover your true purpose. You were meant for GREATNESS!
