F E A R from the past.
F E A R of standing in your power.
F E A R of failure.
F E A R of success.
F E A R of loving due to the F E A R of being hurt.
F E A R of being alone.
F E A R of trusting only to have that trust broken.
F E A R
Fear is a mindset that most of us will face at one time or another.
It’s scary to push ourselves beyond our comfort zone! It’s scary to put ourselves in a situation where we feel unstable, disliked, or not comfortable. However, leaning into fear and truly acknowledging it is the only way to move passed it.
The key to overcoming mindset blocks because of fear is committing to acknowledging your state of being! Yes, that means admitting that F E A R has been ruling your life. Now, it’s time to get to WORK.

What takes you from a feel good state to a state of fear?
If you are a data driven person, start taking some personal written observations of yourself.
Whenever you start to feel F E A R creeping in, write down exactly what it feels like, what triggered it, and what your response was.
Start being observant and aware of your patterns.
When you start to feel fear, focus on breathing and bringing yourself back to a feel good state by focusing on only things that are happening in the moment.
This means to stop that crazy stream of fear-based thoughts in your head and WORK through it!
Commit to shifting your thoughts from fear to L O V E.
We can all think of things that fill our hearts with love. S T O P and remember what brings you back to love.
It may take a million conscious shifts, but L O V E and L I G H T will always overcome fear.
