Focus T25 5 Day Fast Track Guide

Today was the first day that I actually had the chance to sit down and review the Focus T25 program and materials. So far I have done two Focus T25 workouts at FitClub. Alpha Cardio and Alpha Total Body Circuit. I thought cardio was hard! Um…the Total Body Circuit was KILLER! I have to say that I felt quite accomplished to be able to get such an amazing workout in just 25 minutes. I didn’t take my heart rate monitor, but I felt like I stayed in the fat burning zone the entire time! So, enough of that. I’m here to talk about this exciting little Focus T25 5 day fast track guide that I found included in my pack! The 5 day fast track is designed to jump start your journey and includes a full meal plan and workout schedule! Here is the Focus T25 5 Day Fast Track Guide (Day 1) meal plan and workout! T 25 Fast Track
 
 
 
Raspberry Protein Smoothie
1 cup nonfat milk
1/3 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 scoop Shakeology, any flavor
1 Tbsp. flaxseeds
1 cup ice
 
Sweet Citrus Yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt combined with 
2 tsp. raw honey and 1 tsp finely grated 
grapefruit peel.
 
Chicken and Spinach Salad
2 cups fresh baby spinach
1/4 medium cucumber sliced
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium carrot
1 1/2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil 
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 oz. cooked chicken breast, boneless, skinless, sliced
 
Turkey, Goat Cheese, and Avocado Rolls
2 Slices (1 oz.) low-sodium, nitrite-free, lean turkey
breast, spread with 1 Tbsp. (1/2 oz.) soft goat cheese, topped with 1/2
tsp. chopped raw walnuts and 2 thin slices of avocado and rolled up
 
Grilled Fish Tacos with Cabbage Citrus Slaw
6 oz. raw cod or flounder washed and patted dry
1/4 tsp. sea salt
3 4 in. corn tortillas
3/4 cub shredded cabbage
6 fresh cilantro sprigs
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 dash cayenne pepper
1/4 medium avocado, cut into 6 slices

      Hi there! I’ve been “playing” with the plan and workouts this week. I will be officially starting on the 8th with one of my challenge groups! So far, I like it! I love that the workouts are short and manageable even on the busiest days. I also love that the meal plans and recipes are all super simple! Mostly under 5 ingredients!! That helps me so much! I love to keep things simple.

    I can’t wait to get started. I will of course have to modify the turkey and chicken for vegetarian options. I love that its 25 min , that way when i start clinical rotations (i’m a medical student), i have no excuses.

      I am loving this program! I bet you keep super busy going to medical school. I can’t imagine! When are you planning to start your T25?

        i start on monday . Perhaps do the 5 day fast track first. I do keep really busy in medical school. I had done 1/2 insanity but then due to finals never completed it. I’ve gained 10 lbs in medical school and now that im going into clinical rotations want to take care of myself as well (plus my clothes don’t fit and i need them to fit in one month for the rotations!).
