I am absolutely loving Focus T25 so far, however I am MISSING my weights! What can I expect from each of these workout programs?
I’ll start with telling you about Focus T25.
Focus T25 was just released two Mondays ago and is ONLY available through a Team Beachbody Coach. Focus T25 is a complete full body workout that can be done in just 25 minutes each day! Is the workout a lot of jumping like Insanity?
I would have to say no! Focus T25 is very different from Insanity. Not only is it shorter that Insanity workouts, but it is not as high impact. I experienced a lot of knee pain with Insanity because of the crazy jumping and swift movements. I feel safe doing Focus T25.
Can I do Focus T25 as a beginner?
We have done Focus T25 at FitClub three times so far. I absolutely love this program for FitClub because of the ability for people of all different fitness levels to participate. Tanya provides you with great low impact modifications to help you build your strength and stamina. Sometimes, I get super tired and look for her until I catch my breath!
Do I need to supplement?
I drink Shakeology daily and believe that everyone should get the daily dose of dense super-food nutrition that Shakeology provides. I was skeptical when I first became a coach, but now I am hooked and will drink for life. Focus T25 is a 10 week program that is split into two phases, the Alpha and the Beta Phase. Each phase lasts 5 weeks.

The Gamma phase is in the deluxe package and it lasts 4 weeks. It is meant to be done after the first two phases and it will help to build muscle and improve speed fast!!
So why did I decide to do Focus T25 with ChaLEAN Extreme? For one, I flippin LOVE this program! I love the fact that even on my busiest days, I can pop in a workout and get it done in 25 minutes. The first 30 days will be the Burn Phase. This is the beginning phase where you start resistance training at your own pace to jump start your metabolism and break down fat reserves. You will work both your upper body and lower body using the Lean Phasing technique
The second 30 days will be the Push Phase. In this phase, Chalene will push you beyond your comfort zone to build the muscle that you will need to blast fat.
The last 30 days will be the Lean Phase. This is the phase where you will melt fat with new routines and dynamic moves designed to deliver magnificent results to your body!
